Brenda has lived in the Englewood area since 1987. She and her husband, Brad, and their cat, Xena, now live on the Cape Haze Peninsula. With over 20 years of experience in mortgage lending and related businesses, Brenda has the experience to help you get where you need to go!
Brenda believes it's important to give back to your community. She serves as the District 3 Representative on the Charlotte County Planning and Zoning Board, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission Sea Turtle Permit Holder for Don Pedro and Knight Islands, Shorebird Monitor for the Stump Pass Project, Treasurer of the Venice Area Audubon Society, member of the Rotary Club of Placida, Director of the Lemon Bay League, and a proud mentor with Big Brothers/Big Sisters.
Carol Peterson, Broker
Carol moved to Don Pedro Island in 2000 with her husband, Bill. She has over 30 years experience as a Human Resources Consultant for hi-tech and start-up companies in California's Silicon Valley and has been a mortgage broker for two years.
Carol believes that community service is both an obligation and a privilege. She is a turtle patrol volunteer on Don Pedro Island, Director of the Englewood Rotary, Treasurer of the Englewood Women's Council of Realtors and a Peer Counselor for the Women's Resource Center.
